All of our wild rice is hand harvested as it has been done for centuries. Gathered from select lakes and streams, from naturally occurring wild rice beds, our rice is wholly organic and 100% natural, raised under the sole influence of Mother Nature.

Wild rice is grown in a genuinely pristine, unique environ­ment and is a true delicacy from the northern wilds.

Once harvested, our wild rice is then processed in the native tradition. This entails parching the rice over a wood fire, threshing the hulls from the rice kernels, followed by fanning to remove the chaff.

For years these traditions have been successful in producing quality wild rice, rich in flavor.
